Common questions

What counts as a "project"?
Each Book, Quiz Bank or H5P interactive you create. Trashed projects don't count — delete to make room on the free plan.
Can I share a Solo Pro subscription with my team?
No — Solo Pro is for one person. If two or more colleagues want unlimited, the Institution plan is cheaper per seat.
How does the institution license work?
We register your top-level domain (the bit after the @ in your work email). When anyone with that domain signs in with Google for the first time, they're automatically attached to your tenancy — no invitations to manage.
Do you keep my source documents?
Documents you upload are processed once, then deleted from temporary storage. The Moodle Books, quiz banks and H5P bundles you generate stay attached to your project so you can re-export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is immediate — you'll keep access until the end of the billing period and then drop back to the Free plan. Your projects aren't deleted.
Refunds?
If you cancel within 7 days of paying for the first time, email us and we'll refund.
